Most notably because 84% of all of our ‘family home’ sales in 2016 were sold via multiple bids and achieved an average of 9% above Home Report valuations, with an average selling time of just 16 days.

During that time, we sold 78 residential properties, with sales prices ranging from £100,000 to £370,000. Viewing levels for the period increased almost 25% when compared against the same period in 2015.
