TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

From Perth head North on the A9 for approximately 14 miles until reaching Dunkeld. Head into Dunkeld, crossing the Telford Bridge over the River Tay and head through Atholl Street until reaching a sign post on the right for Blairgowrie (A923). Continue along this road until reaching a signpost for Snaigow and take this road on the right. Pass the access into the Loch of the Lowes Wildlife Reserve, continue alongside the loch and on until reaching a small cluster of properties on the left where Smithy Cottage is clearly identified by it’s own sign at the roadside and our for sale board.
