It is certainly the case of new Area Director to Clyde Property West End  – Lewis Gilmore, who we have asked a few questions before he starts his new role on 5 September.  (more…)

Ayrshire not only benefits from beautiful beaches, castles, food and sights, but now is proud home to UK’s second happiest place: Troon. Voted second happiest place to live in the UK, Troon is surpassed only by Leigh-on-Sea, Essex in a recent research by Rightmove –  the Happy at Home Index. Shawlands is one of Glasgow’s most up and coming neighbourhoods and hottest property spots, with rental returns as high as 7% at the beginning of 2016 (as we detailed here). But more than the view to beautiful buildings and world known sites, home owners in Edinburgh have front row seats to Fringe every year. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is the largest arts festival in the world and takes place every August for three weeks in Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital city. (more…)

We are delighted to offer this extremely rare chance to purchase Inveraven, a simply superb 5/6 bedroom B-listed Georgian townhouse which enjoys an enviable elevated position on the banks of the River Tay just outside Perth city centre. Inveraven is arguably one of the most iconic homes within the city and so this is a true once-in-a-generation opportunity to purchase a property that has been an impressive feature on the landscape of many paintings, postcards, historic photographs and drawings since the early 1800’s.
